Shipping Policy

Our current TAT (turnaround time) is 7-10 business days due to the customization, plus shipping time. ALL orders ship out via USPS Monday morning through Friday.

This does not include holidays.

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order is shipped. If tracking shows an error, you can’t seem to track it or there’s a delay in delivery, please contact us and we would be happy to assist you!

If a package states ‘DELIVERED’ and you cannot locate it, it is your responsibility to file a claim with USPS. We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, stolen packages, or packages sent to the wrong address that was entered by a customer at checkout.

Please verify the address BEFORE submitting your order. We are not responsible for shipping costs on returns, new shipping fee must be paid prior to us re shipping your order.
