Refund Policy 
RAGS Apparel & Custom Designs is a print on demand store. Because of this, all sales are final.  
 
Returns & Exchanges Policy 
If you feel that you have received a defective or damaged product, please email us IMMEDIATELY at ragsapparel7@gmail.com. We may approve an exchange or a return for store credit if no exchange is available. 
All exchanges need to be approved by RAGS prior to sending the product(s) back to us. Exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be shipped back within 10 days of emailed approval by RAGS. 
In the event that an exchange is not possible, store credit will be given. 
All returns and exchange products must be shipped back unworn, unwashed and with the tags still attached. Products should also be smoke, deodorant, makeup and damage free. All products returned to us that do not meet our expectations will be sent back to the customer at the customer expense. 
Return and exchange instructions will be sent via email. All returns and exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of the item. You will be notified via email upon completion. 
RAGS Tee Shirt Club
There is no return policy for RAGS Tee Shirt Club. If you would like to exchange your shirt size, please email us at ragsapparel7@gmail.com 
Spirit Wear
All Spirit Wear sales are final.
